JaKönigJa is a band from Hamburg, part of the so called „Hamburger Schule“. Their second album was produced by Detlef Diederichsen. Robert Wyatt listed the second JaKönigJa album in his personal WIRE-charts in 1997. After having been a more guitar orientated band, here JaKönigJa are experimenting for the first time with more electronic sounds.
